As well as having the legal knowledge, we pride ourselves on our relationships with our customers and estate agents. You will have your own solicitor or licenced conveyancer who will be at the end of the phone or on email when you need then and you are always more than welcome to pop in to see us. We also work in teams so you have the confidence to know that your solicitor has the back up they need and so that there is always someone available. Although the office is open 9.15am to 5.15pm, we are flexible, and can usually accommodate meetings or calls outside those times.
We are very proud that our department has tripled in size and that this growth has been down to client and agent recommendations. We were also delighted to be commended in the conveyancing category at the Law Society’s own Excellence Awards and to win gold for London Conveyancer and bronze for National conveyancer in the Estas Awards (voted for by clients). We are also on most lender panels and were one of the first firms to be given the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation.
The department is run by Angela Neale (a regular contributor to the Law Society Gazette) and Lisa Noble, both of whom have been at the coal face of conveyancing for many years and who both are genuinely excited by all things property. We have recruited excellent people, who are all approachable and knowledgeable and who can explain things to you in normal English so that you can really feel in control of your conveyancing experience. We know that transparency and speed are vital and so we make sure we always have the most up to date case management and other software and will always work with you to find a work around or solution to any tricky legal problem or situation.
