Diversity and Wellbeing
We are sensitive to the wellbeing and mental health of our staff and understand that many lawyers within the profession are, in the words of the 2017 Stevenson Farmer Review of mental health and employers, ‘surviving but not thriving’.
We have trained Mental Health Officers within our Firm to assist in identifying any issues and we actively encourage and train our staff lawyers to be open about their mental health. We also encourage the use of specialist confidential and independent advice lines such as LawCare.
We understand that the flexibility to work different patterns can have a positive impact on wellbeing and productivity.
At our heart we are a firm founded on family values. We therefore strive for a positive family friendly approach and have maternity and paternity policies in place to help support this.
